Our Senior Preschool

Senior Preschool program is thoughtfully designed for children in their final year before primary school, providing a nurturing yet purposeful environment where they can flourish during this pivotal stage of development.

Building on the foundations established in earlier years, the program bridges the gap between early childhood education and formal schooling, blending the warmth and playfulness children need with the structure and challenge they’re ready to embrace. Each day is shaped to spark curiosity, encourage discovery, and foster a genuine love of learning—giving children the skills, mindset, and confidence to step into school feeling secure, capable, and excited for what lies ahead.

A more structured day

At this stage, children benefit from greater consistency and clear expectations. Our program introduces more defined routines and group learning experiences, helping children become comfortable participating, listening, and contributing.

Building early learning skills

Through a balance of guided activities and purposeful play, children begin to strengthen early literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving skills. Activities are designed to build focus, encourage thinking, and support a growing sense of capability.

Growing independence and confidence

Children are encouraged to take on more responsibility—following multi-step instructions, completing tasks, and engaging more independently in the classroom. This builds confidence and prepares them for the expectations of a school environment.

Social development and readiness

At the same time, children continue to develop important social skills—learning to collaborate, communicate clearly, and navigate group settings with increasing confidence.
